Background Checks:

The PA Child Protective Services Law now requires all coaches and volunteers involved with youth organizations complete a Act34 State Police Criminal Record Check and a Act151 PA Child Abuse History Clearance.  Those individuals who have not resided in PA continuously for the previous 10 years must also complete a fingerprint based FBI Criminal Background Check.  Additionally, Little League requires that all volunteers are cleared under a National Data Base search.  More detailed information for the PA and FBI Clearances can be found here: Background Checks

     Complete the PA State Police Criminal Record Check Online Form

Step 2

     Complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance Online Form

Step 3

     (If you have NOT resided in PA continuously for the previous 10 years) - Complete the FBI Criminal Background Check
(If you have resided in PA continuously for the previous 10 years) - Complete the Exemption Letter

Step 4

     Submit a copy of all documents to Ingomar Franklin Park Little League at [email protected]
